Building a Team

Interviewing is a passion and a fascination of mine.  Finding qualified that mesh with the team and are within budget is a challenge in every organization.  It’s a skill that’s difficult to master and requires as much instinct as it does knowledge.  Most organizations and interviewers have fallen into the trap of prattling off standardized questions with specific answers or gimmicky coding puzzles to filter candidates.  

My process is different than most but surprisingly effective.
